About Korean American Spine Society (KASS)
KASS’s founding surgeons, Casey K. Lee, MD, Howard S. An, MD, and Hae-Dong Jho, MD,PhD, formed the society to share their passion for spine care, as well as to promote and share their passion for their culture. KASS’s mission is to improve the quality of scientific knowledge, patient care, and clinical practice among professionals in the field of spinal disorders and promote social and cultural interaction between Korean American Spine Specialists.

Each year, KASS hosts their annual meeting to bring together new and long-time members. The meeting has something for everyone including wisdom from the senior members, real advice for practice and exciting debates about the hot topics in spine surgery.
